Imperfect food is often viewed as not edible which is completely not true! Imperfect food, just because it does not look "normal" does nit make it not edible. In fact, imperfect food is perfectly edible! 40% of all the food that is wasted is imperfect food. That is crazy! Because of all of this food that is wasted, not only is there more food waste but all the people that are food insecure and do not have access to healthy food could have been eating that food.
